Materials and construction
The kit ships in fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) with a primer-ready gel-coat finish; carbon-fibre add-on pieces are pre-preg autoclave laminate, twill or plain weave depending on configuration. Prior Design specialises in bolt-on widebody — the PD series uses fender flares that bolt over OEM panels, allowing easier reversal than glued-on flares.

Can I order spare or single components?
Many products are sold as complete sets because geometry is engineered to work together. Spare individual panels may be available on request — write to [email protected] with the chassis code you are working with.
Will my insurance cover the modification?
Most major insurers require notification of aftermarket body or performance modifications. We can supply a manufacturer letter and product datasheets to assist with that conversation; coverage decisions remain with the insurer.
Can the product be shipped to a body shop directly?
Yes — provide the body-shop name, VAT/EORI number and address, and we will configure the shipment paperwork (commercial invoice, HS codes, lifting-point schedule) to deliver direct to the workshop.
